Doug Rose serves as President and CEO of Irwin R. Rose & Co and is sole shareholder of Amalgamated Management Corporation. Rose joined Irwin R. Rose & Co., LLC in 1981. Rose was named President in 1998. Mr. Rose holds Real Estate Broker Licenses in Indiana and Texas.
Jane serves as General Counsel for Irwin R. Rose & Company, LLC, and Amalgamated Management Corporation a company that owns and manages apartment communities throughout the state of Texas. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, Indiana and Illinois.
Jamie Gray serves as Chief Financial Officer of Irwin R. Rose & Company, LLC (“IRR”) and President of Amalgamated Management Corporation. Mr. Gray is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, Indiana CPA Society, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Brandon Lucas serves as Controller for Irwin R. Rose & Company, LLC. Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his master’s degree in accounting. Prior to IRR he worked for a regional public accounting firm for four years in the entrepreneurial group providing both assurance and tax services for private companies.
Ryan Stempf serves as the Fund Manager for Round Hill Multifamily Partners. Ryan has been involved in the real estate private equity business for over 17 years. Ryan started his career at a Dallas-based private equity firm and was most recently with one of the largest retail owners in Texas, focusing on investor relations and equity raises.
